Emmaus Merseyside is a charity that provides a home, as well as education, training and work to people who have experienced homelessness.
We have a purpose built community building in Seaforth that is home to the people we support, known as companions. Our community building provides a home for upto 28 people. Each person who joins us has their own room, as well as access to communal dining, catering, exercise and training facilities.
Everyone living in our Emmaus community works in our social enterprise, at one of our three charity stores across Merseyside. All of the money generated from our social enterprises is re-invested to support formerly homeless people living at our community building.
